Goose is making some fantastically great burgers these days. On tonight is a barbecue pulled pork burger with onion ring and Georgia-style bbq sauce. That’s a tomato-based bbq sauce, as I learned while I was sampling.
Man o man, this is a good burger.
Still, I’ve got to convince him to do a Korean kimchi burger.
