Bacon, sausage, pico de gallo (fresh salsa), scrambled eggs, melted cheese and crisp seasoned hash browns.

Shambhala Eggs Benedict

Omelets and Scramlets, we let you build your own from a wide range of ingredients. Make it Vegan, make it Gluten-free, make it as meaty as a brontosaurus.

The Canadian

The great Benny tradition carried on in an honourable fashion. Tender back bacon topped with poached eggs and hollandaise. Our most popular eggs benedict choice.
